Dear McCormack Café Patrons,

Beginning on April 2, 2012, we will be moving to a new, expanded ‘grab & go’ format at the café. While this means that we will be eliminating the hot entrées, salad bar and deli stations, a wide selection of prepared salads, sandwiches, snacks, and other convenience items will now be available for purchase. The decision to move to this new format was a difficult one; however, where the building is so sparsely populated and so many of the employees travel outside for lunch we are in need of a change to make this a viable operation. We feel confident that the new options that you’ll have access to will provide a large enough selection that you will be able to find something for breakfast, lunch or snack every day, and that over time this change will provide added convenience for you.

We appreciate your understanding as we make this transition and encourage you to contact us with any questions or suggestions you might have for how we can best serve you with this new format. Thank you for your continued patronage!
